This activity began in 1984 AD. It consists of growing and caring for plants and flowers, coordinating the cultivated gardens, and maintaining their irrigation equipment. Projects carried out by the group include the cultivation and maintenance of green areas in each of the following cities:

Dammam—Twaik is honored to have had the privilege of contributing to the construction and development of the Corniche Road–Qatif, Jubail, Nairiyah, and Ras Tanura, as well as the maintenance of green areas and public gardens in Buraidah

In 1412 AH / 1991 AD, Twaik recognized the increasing need for engineering services related to the environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. So, the company expanded activities to include pollution control projects. Twaik runs a program to provide materials, systems and services needed for water, sanitation and industrial treatment.

The company provides water treatment, desalination, sterilization, and filtration units, as well as water conditioning for industrial purposes, water testing, and bottling laboratories. The company also provides wastewater treatment plants, recycled water, salt recovery, solid waste treatment, soil contamination treatment, industrial exhaust gas treatment systems, and marine pollution control.
